Benefits, Levels and Fees
One of the major benefits of the composition and structure of GII is that it is an organisation primarily funded by capital provided by its shareholders who are seven major insurance corporates in the region.
Whilst we strive to maintain a reasonable profit and return on investment for our shareholders, we are equally motivated to accomplish our mission of developing human resources for the insudstry and providing opportunities for training and development for persons pursuing a career in our industry in the MENA region.
Therefore, funding the institute does not rely on funding from the services it provides directly to its members as in other "not for profit" membership bodies but we also generate our revenue from activities that we provide as a training provider of choice to employers. We are therefore able to maintain our membership fees and those fees directly paid by members at a reasonable and accessible level.
The following are our currnet annual fees with associated benefits:
All values in Bahraini Dinars. Check your currency converted value since all fees are payable in BDs.
Terms and Conditions apply and subject to Membership Charter. Free e-learning facility is limited to two courses previews in a year on request. Any additional preview will be charged full course fee. Members will however have to pay the respective exam fee should they wish to sit the exam and get the certification. Licentiates, Associate and the Fellows will have full access to online resources of the courses they have already taken for six months from course registration.
The Institute reserves the right to terminate the membership of any person in default of payment of the appropriate annual fee. In such cases, that individual shall not be entitled any longer to use the designations he earned whilst a member.
